Just click on "Submit Weblink" in your User Menu, and then fill out the fields.  When you've finished, just click the "Save" icon above the fields and admin will get an automatic request to accept it.

If we're a little slow to accept, please don't worry - it's just that a real human being checks just about everything to make sure this site stays nice for you :-)
